Catenaa, Sunday, March 30, 2025-TRN Labs has unveiled TRN Odyssey, a funding initiative aimed at supporting Web3 game developers building on The Root Network, the company announced Tuesday.
The program offers two funding tracks: ROOT Ignite, which provides grants of $10,000 to $200,000 for small to mid-scale projects, and ROOT Nexus, which offers up to $1 million for AAA-level and infrastructure projects with a Minimum Viable Product.
Developers will be evaluated based on product quality, community engagement, and their Web3 go-to-market strategy.
TRN Labs said the initiative is part of a broader ecosystem expansion fund designed to catalyze Web3 gaming innovations.
TRN Odyssey aims to help developers leverage The Root Network’s infrastructure to create next-generation gaming experiences with global reach.
The initiative reflects a growing trend of blockchain networks investing in Web3 gaming, as digital ownership and decentralized experiences gain traction.
