Singapore-based Web3 Startup Now Nets $3.5M in Funding

Singapore, Thursday, February 22, 2024 – Singapore-based start-up company Startale Labs, which focuses on Web3 infrastructure, announced on June 28, 2023, that their alliance with Sony Network Communications secured $3.5 million in seed capital to broaden the utility of Web3 and develop its’ infrastructure for the global Web3 audience. 1

The funding was received through a private placement of new shares, resulting in the partnership.

The core contributor to the Astar Network, Startale Labs, is driven by the mission of facilitating inclusive space for Web3, dedicating itself to expanding Web3. 

The partnership is aimed at developing the infrastructure essential to the global adaptation of Web3 with the know-how and experience of Sony Network Communications in sectors including telecommunication.

Both companies accepted to appoint President and Representative Director of Sony Network Communications, Jun Watanabe, as a director of Startale Labs.
