Catenaa, Sunday, March 09, 2025 – Web3 infrastructure provider QuickNode has unveiled a $65 million accelerator program aimed at fostering the next generation of Layer 2 blockchain projects.
The “RollOut” initiative, set to begin in March, will provide selected participants with tools, resources, and funding from over 30 prominent firms, including Google, Coinbase Ventures, Dragonfly Capital, and Fireblocks.
The eight-week program, announced at ETHDenver, will offer workshops and mentorship from industry experts, focusing on ecosystem building, community development, and go-to-market strategies.
The initiative also promises grants, discounted security audits, and access to technical mentorship.
QuickNode co-founder Dmitry Shklovsky emphasized the program’s potential, stating that scalability and efficiency are major challenges in blockchain development, both of which are addressed by Layer 2 solutions.
QuickNode believes that with Layer 2 projects expected to reach $1 trillion by 2030, now is the right time to nurture new projects.
QuickNode has already contributed to the growth of notable Layer 2 projects such as Soneium and Unichain, and has seen increased interest from major institutions like Deutsche Bank and BlackRock, which are exploring their own Layer 2 solutions.
The program is seen as a crucial step in shaping the future of decentralized applications on Ethereum.
QuickNode is also known for providing API and RPC endpoint access to blockchain networks, simplifying the integration of blockchain data for developers.
