Oasys Blockchain Selected for Com2uS's Japan Web3 Expansion

Japan, Wednesday, February 21, 2024 – Oasys, the gaming-optimized blockchain, announced on February 13, 2024, their affirmation of the partnership with Com2uS, the leading Korean game developer, and its subsidiary company, XPLA, marking a notable step forward in broadening the Web3 in the gaming market in Japan. 1

“Within the first six months of the year, two major Web3 games are expected to be launched in the world’s third-largest gaming market, Japan, joining hands with Oasys and it is aimed at enticing 55 million gamers in Japan,” Team Leader of XPLA, Paul Kim, stated. 1

The first game studio and mobile game developer in South Korea, Com2uS, will enhance its alliance with Oasys by designing “Verse,” entitled XPLA Verse, for a smart Web3 gaming platform.

Accordingly, the premium Ips of Com2uS consist of “Summoners War: Chronicles,” the role-playing game of an epic, and “The Walking Dead: All-Stars,” the role-playing game named after a Zombie TV series that will be cast on the XPLA Verse on Oasys network, alluring the massive gaming fanbase in Japan.

Oasys blockchain comprises two layers, Layer 1 and Layer 2, making it profitable for Com2uS to adhere to the regulatory requirements in Japan.

The prior experience of the Oasys team in Japan will pave the path for Com2uS to succeed in their new project, designing a smart gaming platform in Japan.
