Wednesday, September 25, 2024 – The founder of PulseChain, Richard Heard, is being sought by Finnish police over gross tax evasion and assault. 1

He is also known as Richard Schueler, the founder of two crypto platforms—Hex and PulseChain—operated in Finland.

Finnish police suspect that the American crypto millionaire has failed to pay hundreds of millions of euros in taxes to Finland.

The discrepancies between the tax returns of Schueler and the Finnish Tax Administration’s income assessment led the authorities to an investigation on Schueler.

It is reported that his current residence is unknown.

In addition to the tax evasion charges, Heart is also facing allegations of assault that occurred on Feb. 16-17, 2021.

Finnish authorities believe Heart’s 2023 income exceeded 15.2 million euros, and they believe he created, launched, and marketed his cryptocurrencies from Finland.

Heart has also been charged by the US Securities and Exchange Commission with illegally raising more than $1 billion through unregistered cryptocurrency offerings.

The SEC has been unable to locate him since the charges were filed last year.
