Catenaa, Wednesday, January 15, 2025 – Luxury watches valued at $2.6 million, obtained by Richard Schueler through his alleged fraudulent crypto schemes have been seized by the Finnish police last week.

Finnish police have found 20 Rolex watches, purchased from Finland and the US, in his residence in Espoo city.

The founder of cryptocurrency Hex is also known as Richard Heart, who is charged with tax evasion in Finland.

On July 31 in 2023, the US SEC charged Heart over the operations of unregistered crypto asset securities of Hex, PulseChain, and PulseX on which he has obtained $1 billion in exceeded crypto assets.

The fraudulent earnings valued at $12 million obtained by Heart from PulseChain have been invested to purchase luxury watches and sports cars as disclosed by the SEC.

Heart has begun Hex crypto promotions in 2018, and he has earned more than $2.3 million in ETH by 2019.

In September last year, Richard was taken into custody by the Finnish authorities over the tax evasion that occurred between 2021 and 2024.

In late December, Interpol also issued a red notice against him.

Nevertheless, the authorities are seeking the suspect while his presence on social media is active with his crypto promotions.
