CARV Reveals AI Roadmap, Adds 12 Web3 Partners

Catenaa, Saturday, July 26, 2025-Web3 infrastructure firm CARV has launched a bold expansion of its platform, unveiling a roadmap for sovereign, autonomous AI Beings designed to function independently on the blockchain.

The initiative marks a significant shift from data infrastructure to a full-stack ecosystem for decentralized, self-governing AI.

As part of the rollout, CARV has joined forces with Fair3 to co-host the Tech Fairness Hackathon, which drew over 680 participants and is now in its voting phase.

The hackathon challenges developers to build AI agents using CARV’s proprietary infrastructure, including the CARV SVM Chain, D.A.T.A. Framework, and Agent ID system based on ERC-7231. The $50,000 prize pool underscores CARV’s push to accelerate AI use in open-source ecosystems.

CARV’s leadership said the platform is engineered to give AI agents identity, memory, decision-making capabilities, and the ability to earn on-chain incentives.

Unlike traditional AI tools, these agents are designed to evolve, self-manage upgrades, and interact autonomously with other agents.

The roadmap launch coincides with broader regulatory momentum in the US, including the recent GENIUS Act signed by President Donald Trump, which promotes federal investment in AI research and ethics. CARV positions itself as a decentralized alternative, emphasizing composability, user data ownership, and open collaboration.

Twelve new partnerships signal the roadmap’s real-world traction. Firms like Open Ledger, SirenAI, Boom, and World 3 are integrating CARV’s stack for use in AI training, gaming, education, and smart home applications.

With 8 million CARV IDs issued and 1,000 integrated apps, CARV aims to build an operating system for AI Beings, placing intelligence not just in service to users, but as fully sovereign digital participants.
