Catenaa, Thursday, May 15, 2025-Bitcoin Seoul 2025, billed as Asia’s largest Bitcoin-focused conference, will convene global crypto leaders, institutional investors, and policy experts in the South Korean capital from June 4 to 6. The event aims to cement Seoul’s position as a rising hub in the global Bitcoin economy.
Hosted at Signiel Seoul and SKY31 Convention, the second annual summit follows a widely attended debut in 2024. Organizers promise an expanded format featuring thought leaders, corporate executives, and community advocates addressing the latest in Bitcoin adoption, regulation, and finance.
The three-day event is structured into VIP Day, Industry Day, and Public Day. Highlights include exclusive sessions for institutional players, panels on Bitcoin treasury strategies, and grassroots community showcases. Executives from MetaPlanet, The Blockchain Group, and policy advocate Dennis Porter will headline discussions on Bitcoin integration in corporate and public finance.
A standout segment includes El Salvador’s Mi Primer Bitcoin and Bitcoin Beach initiatives leading the “El Salvador Bitcoin Adoption Showcase,” a deep dive into real-world use cases of national Bitcoin implementation.
Additional programming includes the Bitcoin Policy Summit: Seoul Edition and the Bitcoin Finance Forum, both focused on regulation and macroeconomic perspectives. Attendees will also experience live Lightning Network transactions at the on-site Lightning Market.
Organizers say the event is well-timed, as interest in Bitcoin swells following the U.S. approval of spot ETFs and amid growing adoption in Asia-Pacific markets. South Korea, Japan, and Hong Kong have notably expanded their Bitcoin-based financial offerings.
“Bitcoin Seoul 2025 will bridge global and Asian Bitcoin ecosystems,” said Ryan, the event’s organizer. “This forum is about connection, innovation, and accelerating adoption.”
