Catenaa, Friday, April 04, 2025-OnlyFans founder Tim Stokely’s startup Zoop, Amazon and the HBAR Foundation have submitted a bid to acquire TikTok from ByteDance, Reuters reported Wednesday. 

The bid was sent to the White House and President Donald Trump, according to Zoop co-CEO RJ Phillips. He said the move aims to reshape digital ownership, benefiting creators and communities. 

Details on the bid’s valuation remain unclear, and it is uncertain if Zoop and HBAR can compete with other offers. Amazon has also reportedly submitted a bid. 
ByteDance faces an April 5 deadline to sell the app or face a US ban on national security grounds.
