Menlo Park, California Wednesday, August 09 – Hot on the heels of DoorDash integrating AI tech into their App, Uber Technologies Inc. also claimed it was developing an AI-powered chatbot to integrate into its app, Bloomberg reported on August 4.1
By taking this action, Uber will become one of the companies incorporating the language tool to enhance customer service, marketing efforts, and various automated tasks.
On Friday, July 29 DoorDash Inc, the US-based food delivery giant, said that it is incorporating AI technology with the creation of an AI-driven chatbot, various sources said.

“We want to create a chatbot that can understand what customers are asking and provide them with the information they need,” Chang said. The chatbot is expected to be launched in the coming months.
