Catenaa, Tuesday, December 10, 2024 – Coinbase has announced that its Coinbase One membership program has reached 600,000 subscribers across 42 countries.

To mark this milestone, the cryptocurrency exchange is introducing a new premium tier called Coinbase One Premium, aimed at providing unlimited trading benefits for a monthly fee of $299.99.

The original Coinbase One plan, priced at $29.99 per month, has expanded its features since its U.S. debut. Benefits include zero trading fees up to $10,000 monthly, boosted USDC and staking rewards, and free gas on the Base blockchain.

The new Premium tier builds on these offerings, granting unlimited zero trading fees, enhanced rewards, and a dedicated concierge service. Members also receive $250,000 in coverage for unauthorized account access.

To celebrate, eligible customers upgrading to Premium will enter a sweepstakes to win a luxury trip for two to Munich, including airfare, five-star accommodations, and Michelin-star dining. The contest begins December 13.

Coinbase has also enhanced its security features for both plans. The company will now reimburse unauthorized crypto transfers up to $10,000 for standard members and $250,000 for Premium subscribers, with further expansions planned in 2025.

New users can try Coinbase One free for seven days, with further updates available via the Coinbase app and social media channels.
